Our Cluster Wisdom Hub was a communication tactic integrated into the business’s people and culture objectives. It was executed as an event where results were presented, lessons learned, including successes and setbacks of specific projects, were discussed, and finally, the team analyzed and extracted how these insights could fuel the cluster’s achievements for the following year.
This activity was only one part of the strategy and should not be taken as a finite solution to the need for developing and strengthening a culture of collaboration, as this will only happen if there are constant, consistent messages and living examples of those behaviors.
The goal was to shape the culture of collaboration and excellence at Roche Dominican Republic through an internal communication strategy that allowed the organization to:
- Recognize the team’s actual starting point.
- Identify and understand the values, behaviors, and principles associated with excellence.
- Translate those values into concrete actions reflected in daily collaboration, leadership, innovation, and service quality, through key behaviors such as proactivity, timely communication, and teamwork.
It was the experience that materialized and activated the concepts promoted throughout the strategy. During this gathering, participants:
- Lived collaborative experiences that connected core values with concrete, day-to-day actions.
- Engaged in dynamics designed to trigger “AHA Moments,” creating spaces for both individual and collective reflection and discovery.
- Explored how collaboration, purpose, and excellence are integrated into their work practices and into their relationships with patients, colleagues, and allies.
The event stood, therefore, as a high-impact cultural tactic, a spark that ignited a mindset shift toward a new way of working: one that was more conscious, more collaborative, and more oriented toward results with a human touch. This proposal was not an isolated event, but a transformative tactic within a comprehensive organizational culture strategy. Our Cluster Wisdom Hub represented the first step toward a working community that learns, evolves, and grows from collective excellence. Shared knowledge, empathy, and a steadfast commitment to a common purpose served as the pillars sustaining us in a new chapter
